Welcome Magnolia and Kath! I almost hate shopping any other place other than Aldis or Save-a-Lot! When I have to buy else where in a pinch, I always think about how much I could have saved at the one of the other store's, Love the Fit & Active line. Wonderful and Low Fat & Low Sugar.Were glad to have you here, when I'm at Aldis or save-a-lot and I see people buying the Fit & Active products I sound like a sales lady I'm always boasting on them & I am always sure to tell them about Spark People too!! hehe

Good morning! Finding a team about shopping at Aldi sounds great to me! I love shopping there and any helpful hints I can get along the way are always very beneficial.

Since I'm feeding not only myself and my husband but from 1 - 6 daycare children as well grocery shopping can be an expensive deal.

3) get it know the people
4) read some articles
5) most of all :: have fun and enjoy yourself
You are doing great, making progress every time you come in.

I don't have a local Save-a-Lot, so I shop mainly at
Aldi's and LOVE the bargains!!
