Hello! I'm not new to Sparkpeople, but new to this group! My name is Michele, and my husband and I have been riding for recreation and fitness since the beginning of summer. We are having a blast! I don't consider myself to be a "serious" rider, but I am having a good time. Currently we are biking about 32 miles a week. Loving it!

Hello everyone. My name is Terri. I'm from Ohio and I'm new to your group. I absolutely love bike riding for exercise and thought it would be fun to commune with others that feel the same way. I hope you will become my friend and encourage my weight loss journey. I have about 30 pounds to lose. I need to get my cholesterol down as it is extremely high but I don't want to use medication. So, cheer me on and I will definitely do the same for you!
