Hi...& Welcome to the team.
My husband is just recently retired from the Navy but I can still remember the first time it separated us. Your situation is different since you have been together so long & never parted & will be parted now.
It's hard at first or maybe it never gets easy but we do fall into a routine & that routine is to keep busy.
We are here (at least I will be) should you need to chat.

Congrat on your 22 lb weight loss & much success on the rest of your weight loss journey.

I'm Not Where I Need to Be...BUT...Thank God I'm NOT Where I Used to Be!

Hello ladies, this is my VERY 1st post. I've been on sparks people a few times & have been REALLY disappointed @ the lack of support I've received & just gave in to the disappointment & moved on. Maybe it was the teams that I chose, LOL!! I have already lost 22lbs on my own & I am ECSTATIC about it!! My Husband is in the Navy Reserves & its getting ready 2 leave 4 boot camp in 44 days. We will B apart 4 21 weeks!! I am SCARED 2 death!!! We have been together of over 18 years & I have NEVER been apart from him for more then 4 days & that is the total amount of time apart in over 18 years!! I already have a workout routine in motion & it's working out GREAT so far!!
Love 2 get 2 know U all!! Cheers :)
