Hello all, I was just cruising by and saw this team and was interested in it. Is it still going on? I am trying to follow a 400 cal. diet right now. I didn't know there was a team that followed that sort of thing.
I am not new to SparkPeople, I have been on Spark since 2007. I have been in and out, but am trying to log my Food and Fitness. I have just recently been able to start exercising again since Rotator Cuff surgery. So, I am up and at it again.
