Welcome it is quite but hopefully it will pick back up soon. The more people interact the better it is. I have a 7 month old girl and a 10 year old girl and a 13 year old boy. I work evenings so I have a hard time getting exercise in. And my job is a lot of sitting behind a desk. Are you still taking your vitamins . I can tell if i miss them i feel tired the next day. I have also had to make myself keep a sleeping schedule if i normally have to be up at 7 with her then even when she sleeps in i get up at 7 I have noticed if i try and sleep in im more tired all day. Now if its a weekend i dont notice it as much but then im more relaxed and not worrying about going to work.

My daughter was born eight month ago, and I've been back to work for five months. DH stays at home with her during the day. I work a desk job, so I'm sitting all day long. I've lost the baby weight by modifying my diet, but I need to start making exercise a priority. I'm just feeling so tired lately.
