Hi there - I am starting Spark People today AGAIN. Lost 15 lbs then gained it all back AGAIN. I work about 60 hrs a week minimum and have 2 high-energy children (5 & 8) and just can't seem to find a good balance right now. No problems exercising but I snack at night when the stress gets to me - which is most nights. Any good strategies to stay away from the the refrigerator/pantry after the kids go to bed?
