I'm actually getting into instructing right now. I sub at my gym for the TurboKick instructor, and I'm actually doing her pilates/yoga classes this week as well. I'm training with the pilates instructor to be her sub. And I'm gearing up to teach some drums alive classes when our gym has all the equip for it. It'll be real fun. But I will say that it is different when you are teaching vs taking fitness classes. It does take some of the workout away for you when you are the one leading the class. I would like to work on eating better. I could totally lose another 20-30lbs but that would require me cutting calories, and I hate doing that. Takes all the fun out of living for me. I'd rather just work out a lot. Right now I am maintaining my fitness level, but I would like to bump it up. I don't focus on weight loss, just activity.
