Welcome Shawn! Plateaus are very frustrating. I try to change my workouts up ever few months, but even that isn't working like it used to. Hopefully this site helps some. I like being able to keep track of how much I am working out. It helps hold me accountable. Good luck!

Hello Redding I have found you. My name is Shawn. I'm a wife and mom of 3. I began my weightloss journey July 2010, and while I've lost almost 100 pounds I have a very long way to go. I've been on a 6 month plateau. So frustrating. Pretty sure it has to do with my food intake. So that's one of my goals on here.
