Hi all. I am not new to sparkpeople I joined in january of this year but was very inactive didn't track any thing or do much excersise but would often log on to the excersise videos and do them for about a week every couple of weeks. Even the small amount I did dropped me from 168 lbs to 109.2 lbs in just 10 months(from obese to within a healthy bmi (I'm only 5 foot). So now its time to get serious shift these last 12 lbs and get toned. I'm looking forward to being an active sparker tracking everything, bloging and giving and recieving support and encouragment from other sparkers.
