Beats me! I did commit to 15 min a day IN FRONT OF THE TV. I am just going to do exercises I know and want to do while watching TV. I really really hate exercise videos. I'll turn one on and it just makes me want to scream to think of doing the same thing again and looking at the same people saying and doing the exact same thing as last time. I don't have money to acquire a stash of DVDs either. Still, I just can't stand the idea of seeing them all again.
I am mostly doing callanetics because it is the only thing I ever did that I could see actually lifting and firming my flabby behind and in a short period of time.
