I would like to see water,fruit or vegetable goals. I think amount of times you check your portion size in a day would also be interesting. I like the idea of exercise time challenges for a month but have a problem actually get 30 days accomplished, a weekly goal would be easier and mix things up or make them goals. I really like food games to help us think about different foods for the alphabet. It helps me come up with something different to eat. different exercises, exercise machines, types of exercise or something would also be good.
