Hi everyone,

My favourite work-out is aerobics, but running comes in as a close second! Unfortunately I strained my calf rather badly a while back, and now I'm stuck with biking and strength training. I was hoping to be able to live (or rather, run) through you in this group until I can get back on the running track myself! emoticon
