I have been a vegetarian for almost 2 weeks. I decided to switch to a vegetarian/semi-vegan lifestyle after watching "Forks over Knives" because of a strong family history of cancer :(
So far I don't miss meat at all and have noticed some increased energy. Unfortunately I feel like I'm gaining weight!! Is this normal or am I perhaps doing something wrong?!?
I've been on sparkpeople off and on for years, but am re-committing to it to lose a little extra weight and find some support with my new lifestyle.
