try simple meals to start with, it doesn't have to be hard.
easy meal... whole wheat tortilla.... 1/2cup marninara sauce, tomato sauce whatever...
add some veggies, tomatoes, green or red peppers both... avocados, onion... and a sprinkle of cheese.. bake at 350 for 15 min.

or steam some broccoli for a side dish, use your fave marinade, and marninate tofu for a few hours in fridge fry it up with onion and garlic, only eat about 1/2 a cup... and use firm or extra firm. and if you want make some whole wheat rice.
veggie lasagne is easy to make...
stir frys are easy..too!!

Hello my name is Nicole and I have unfortunately become one of those vegetarians that eats nothing but snacks. My body has taken a toll so hopefully this will help me eat meals instead of munching.
