Make meals that you don't have to have meat in it like spaghetti and tomato sauce, taco salads, ect. Add beans in place of meat, beans fill you up. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and also eat some nuts and seeds.

Hi maybe you are doing to much to soon, eat some meat, just enough to satisfy the craving. In the mean tine develop filling dishes with know meat Daiya makes a great cheese substitute, also eat beans and legumes like lentils. Also eat a lot of veggies and drink plenty of water. Take it slow it will be easier

Have you tried being vegetarian first? I think it's a much easier transition. But there are lots of yummy ways to prepare tofu. I really think if you don't like it, then you haven't found the right recipes. But there is also seitan which i LOVE!! And tempeh,.. now that may or may not take some getting used to for you. Try tempeh bacon to start with! Quorn makes great soy-free meat substitutes as well!.

hi have tried being vegan before and always end up wanting meat, do not like tofu can you help me find some vegan food that will keep me satisfied and not want to eat meat.
