My husband and daughter are both using it. They love it much better than anything else. Yes it is a bit more costly but well worth it as far as we are concerned when you see fiber and protein content!!!
Watching salt intake also trying not to buy foods that have high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.
No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.
If an item has more than 10 ingredients I put it on the Do Not Buy List as it is too processed.

My mom bought some for me a long time ago when she was concerned about my protein intake, so I do use it fairly frequently. It isn't necessary for me all the time, but sometimes it's a nice boost. I toss it in all of my smoothies, more out of habit than anything. It has a strong flavour but if you just use a bit less than recommended, you get used to it.
