That's great! Pescatarian was the first step I took as well, made a quick and smooth transition (but I am not a fan of any meat really, even seafood, so it wasn't too hard for me!).
Best of luck!!
Stop by my foodie blog!
My name is Grace and I am taking this in baby steps, just how it should be done. I've started by eating vegetarian at least 90% of my meals. Currently I do not eat any red meat, chicken, or pork, however, I still eat seafood, so I guess I consider myself a pescotarian. Eventually, I'd like to be at the point where I no longer crave even seafood but at the moment I'm not ready. I thought this would be harder to do but it has not been, so eventually I will get there. I'm excited to be on this team and learn from other vegetarians and vegans to move ahead quickly to a healthier, whole and cleaner lifestyle of eating. I am slowly learning to cook this way and also help my DH learn this lifestyle as well. He has been very supportive of my choice as he knows my life struggles with upper GI issues. Looking forward to talking with you all!!!
