Welcome to the team! I've been an ovo-lacto-vegetarian for about 25 years. I still eat eggs and cheese and get some of my protein from soy products such as Morningstar Farms products. I also use a lot of peanut butter. Hummus is a new favorite, but I'm still not sure about tofu. Glad you're here!

Hello! I'm Kathy and I'm happy that this Team is here!!!
I'm about 90% vegetarian (no red meat at all!) and would LOVE to be 100% so. My biggest problems are lack of knowledge relative to what kinds of non-meat foods I need to eat each day to maintain my health and, also, everybody else in my family are big meat eaters. Sigh....
Anyway, I'm hoping to learn more here about what I can/need to do to get ME 100% vegetarian.
