I never used the meal plans but I changed mine for a minute to show them and it looks like you can change meal items one at a time. You could substitute that way and get them the way you want. If I find something more on setting them for all vegetarian I'll let you know. Or maybe someone else knows and can help.
I just wanted to take some time and introduce myself a little here! My name is Melissa and I'm 27 and since finishing the book 'Skinny Bitch' yesterday, I am reading to become a vegitarian.
Well, actually, right now I'm still going to allow myself to eat fish occassionally and dairy and eggs, but I hope that within a couple months when I'm stable on this lifestyle change I will remove fish as well! Right now before I take a the plunge I'm doing some research and trying to find receipes and websites and what not that I like.
I joined this particular team b/c it seems as though I may learn a thing or two to help me on this new journey!
