Hello all! I'm a semi-vegan, more sliding back into lacto veg.
I'm having trouble getting much of a result in terms of weight loss. If someone could go over my tracked meals, which are posted and give some pointers, I'd appreciated it.
Other than that, I'm happy to have gotten more active anyway, which is a byproduct of having joined SparkPeople and also having started a bike riding group in my community.
Just looking for pointers and wondering if my calorie intakes are right or if I'm getting too many carbohydrates or something.
