I am new to this forum and new to veganism. I have dabbled at becoming a vegetarian for many years, mainly because I know that it is a lifestyle that is healthier for my body and for the planet. I stopped eating red meat years ago because I just never cared for it. I have always been squeamish with fish, chicken and turkey preparation and I was never able to handle any kind of seafood (like oysters, shrimp, crab,etc...)at all, but I could eat it if it was prepared by someone else. I know that is ludicrous, but it is true. I finally decided I don't want to struggle with my weight anymore and I want to live a healthier life. I don't want to eat anything that I can't stand to handle or cook myself. I also don't like to spend hours in the kitchen chopping and boiling. So, I am hoping to find some quick and easy recipes from those of you who are doing this successfully. I hope you will continue this stream. I will contribute because it is helpful to me.
