I know exactly how you feel. I got larger after each of my little ones were born, and it was really frustrating.
I think it's great that you have decided to focus on yourself a bit this year. Personally, I think that taking care of my own needs makes me a better mom to my kids, and I think it will do the same for you too.
My suggestion is to write down the result you want (Goal), and then right down some specific things you plan to do to get there. That's your plan. Put it somewhere you will see it often.

Hello! My name is Mychal. I am a 28 year old mother of two small boys ( almost 3 and 8 weeks). Before getting pregnant with my first son I was 110lbs and a size 0-2. Before I got pregnant with son number 2 I was 123lbs and a size 2-4. Now I'm weighing in at 151lbs and a size 10! While giving my son his midnight bottle I decided 2009 was going to be the year of ME! My current size has really got me down and I feel like I can't be a good Mommy to my boys if I'm not happy with myself. My biggest problem is my motivation. I know what I have to do and how to do it, I just can't get started. That's why I'm here. Joining SP at 1:30 this morning was my first step in the right direction. I hope we can all count on each other to get motivated and help each other meet our goals. Thanks!
