I know about bosu ball aerobics.

It is way cool, and I remember doing it when my balanced sucked even worse than it does now, which is not so possible.

But you cannot keep it up for very long unless you're near-expert.

Hi everyone, I love both pilates and yoga and I am trying to incorporate yoga into my daily lifestyle and also do pilates also. I actually use a stability ball for my workouts and love that. If you have any suggestions for me or ideas, please I encourage you especially if it is dealing with using a stability ball also.
