I love hiking the hills and the beaches here. Also, am working to get back in cycling shape, which is hard because we have so many hills! You have wonderful beaches in your area, and bird refuges, as well. I don't know what the cycling is like up there, but we used to wander all over Carmel, for instance, up and down hills. There was so much to see that we didn't think about the mileage, LOL. Used to be walking groups in all three towns in the 1970s, but the Seaside ones were mostly young people whose spouses were in the military. (Back then, I was young, too, LOL!) Go for it!
Hi, I live in Seaside and am looking for something new to do in terms of exercise. I already do stuff with my husband on Mon, Wed, Fri (gym, pingpong, batting cages, driving range). What kinds of exerice are you thinking of? Cindy.
