Hi everyone. I am starting to get into this spark people! its a little overwhelming because there are so many cool things you can do. So far I'm really liking it. Got the tracking Food and fitness down. Still navigating the rest of the site.
My goal is to lose 10-15 pounds and stay healthy and fit. I can't afford to keep buying a new pair of pants when mine don't fit! And it's not a pretty site cramming onto my old ones!
I love that this site is free! I did something similar 6 years ago with a lot of success but it was $9 a month. I'm looking forward to meeting members and staying accountable!
