hello. i'm a new SparkPeople member. i'm a little overwhelmed but also very excited! this is my first attempt at losing weight(i was in denial/delusional about my weight gain :) ). i hope to make a positive lifestyle change and want to thank everyone in advance for being a part of my motivation.
