Hello i'm new to this team but not new to taebo. I have a couple of dvds but i came back to do amped. Billy has helped me lose the weight before so i am back to what worked for me.

Don't sit around waiting for enought energy to get going. Get yourself moving and you'll create the energy necessary to keep you in motion. Do yu just not feel like doing anything? What Tae Bo workout is your favorite? Mine is a tie between the Amped workouts and his Get Ripped. Tae bo is so fun. I look forward to my workouts with Tae bo!

I'm not new to SparkPeople; I've been using the site for a while now and I've lost around 30 pounds with it!
I'm just finally getting around to utilizing the message boards a bit more now. It seems there is a lot of support and friendly people out here that I'd like to get to know better, so here I am! I hope to get to know everyone better, and look forward to seeing you all around!
