Hi. I'm Jennifer, and I've been an active member of Spark since mid-June. Things went really well for the first 4 months. I lost 56 lbs. I ran my first 5K race. And I felt fantastic about myself. For the last month, I've been stalled and basically unmotivated. I haven't really put any weight back on, but I'm not losing any more. More importantly, I haven't been exercising or tracking. But that all ends today.
