Jennifer, thanks for stopping by and introducing yourself. You had amazing success in four months - BIG CONGRATS on that. Look at the "stall" period as you giving your body a rest allowing it to catch up to all the positive changes you've made in the last while. Good for you to getting back on track today. Keep "eating less and moving more" because it works!!!

Good for you Jennifer. Hang in there. You have done very well. Just try to keep off those pounds - the rest will come off in time. 56 lbs in 4 months is a lot so perhaps your body is just saying 'take a break' for now.

Hi. I'm Jennifer, and I've been an active member of Spark since mid-June. Things went really well for the first 4 months. I lost 56 lbs. I ran my first 5K race. And I felt fantastic about myself. For the last month, I've been stalled and basically unmotivated. I haven't really put any weight back on, but I'm not losing any more. More importantly, I haven't been exercising or tracking. But that all ends today.
