I was doing really good on my second round of SI6 (aiming for at least twice a week combined with yoga and my Ellen Barrett DVDs. Got side railed a couple of weeks ago, so after next weekend will be re-start up of SI6. I find I do better with exercise for my aches and pains and am really starting to feel the lack of exercise from the past couple of weeks.
