I found my dvd and they were scratched. I just got a set but have been doing things from memory plus Leslie Sansone walking dvds.

emoticon I was doing really good on my second round of SI6 (aiming for at least twice a week combined with yoga and my Ellen Barrett DVDs. Got side railed a couple of weeks ago, so after next weekend will be re-start up of SI6. I find I do better with exercise for my aches and pains and am really starting to feel the lack of exercise from the past couple of weeks.

emoticon Nice to meet you all. I plan to start Si6 tomorrow. I found my booklet from a few years back and got inspired. I now have to dig out my DVD.

The reason I am starting tomorrow is because I'm on, but getting off Meds that make me very drowsy. I have fibro but have found I am better off exercising through some of the pain and discomfort.

I am on this team so I can be accountable. I look forward to meeting many of you. emoticon
