My name is Shannon Fox. My long term goal is to not be fat and forty. I have 1 year and 8 months to lose 60 lbs. That is also part of my motivation for working out as much as possible. I have been doing P90X (lean schedule) with a little Insanity mixed in this year. Sometime I replace Cardio X with an Insanity workout and definitely Yoga. I really hate yoga. I am on day 44 today. Yeah!

After watching several airings of the "10-Minute Trainer", I think I'm going to invest in the basic set. I'd thought of maybe going with P90X, but then I realized how much time I really have to exercise. 10 minutes is much more doable at the moment, since my evenings are pretty booked. I can get up earlier in the morning to do 10 minutes at least! Just wish I didn't have the 30-minute commute to work!
I've had the "Slim in 6" series for years, as well as Hip Hop Abs, so I'll mix those in at times as well.

Hey guys my name is nicole. I am 29 yrs old and have a goal of getting down to 130 by my birthday which is the end of this yr. I currently have a crazy schedule with work and school so I try to find short work out dvd's. I have seen the advisement of beackbody and part of me always wanted to try it so I did. Today was the first day I started using beachbody work out dvd's and I LOVED IT!! I felt so energized and over all amazing. This is the type of workout that doesn't feel like I'm working out but just having fun.

Hello everyone. I just joined the team and thought I should say Hi! I'm hoping to find some people to be "workout buddies" with and help each other remain accountable.
