Greetings from snowy Kansas!!
After watching several airings of the "10-Minute Trainer", I think I'm going to invest in the basic set. I'd thought of maybe going with P90X, but then I realized how much time I really have to exercise. 10 minutes is much more doable at the moment, since my evenings are pretty booked. I can get up earlier in the morning to do 10 minutes at least! Just wish I didn't have the 30-minute commute to work!
I've had the "Slim in 6" series for years, as well as Hip Hop Abs, so I'll mix those in at times as well.
