I make chicken pieces without the skin, in finger sized portions and use plain hot sauce and celery or a low fat/sugar sauce. Keep the veggie tray stocked with not only celery but carrots, broccoli, bell pepper strips or even some fruit to munch your anxiety away. Endless veggie options to your palate. And jump up and shout and yell for Big Blue, that's always a winning move!
