I used to race cat IV "back in the day", but family and endless travel for my job have me a solid 30 lbs above the weight that I raced at.
Each year I promise myself that I'm going to get back into it, and each year I disapoint myself. I simply can't afford to into another winter carrying this extra weight, so I'm shooting for a 15 lb drop before my birthday November 14th.
My main challange is making the time to ride. It's dark before work, and I'm usually exhausted by the time I get home. I realize that I'm exhausted because I'm not riding like I used to... it's that catch 22 thing.
