Hey everybody, just found this team. I have been in love with bikes and racing since I was 13 or 14. I raced as a Junior (I am 42 now) My two oldest sons race, on eis a single speed fanatic, the other is racing in Europe right now with the USA National team. I just bought a new MTB, Specialized Epic Disc. It is a great bike, I will add a road bike next spring after I loose some more poundage.
I really don't know why I stopped riding and gained all this weight, maybe a stressful marriage and so forth, but here I am.
Right now I am riding 30-50 minutes a day to work on my cadence and pedaling technique, my form is coming back quickly and I am very excited. Can't wait to tear it up with all my racing buddies.
