Welcome to SparkPeople. It will take you a while to find your way around, there is a lot to see. I suggest you start slowly with the nutrition tracker for a couple of weeks. Once you have your nutrition under control add your exercise. If you try to start tracking everything at once it will be overwhelming and discouraging.
One Day at a Time: 1) 10,000 steps daily 2) fruit & vegie at every meal and log 3) aerobic or strength train every day 4) 7 hours sleep daily 5) check in with SP daily
Sept 2014 goals: 1) continue re-organizing/de-cluttering one room weekly 2) get back on my nutrition program (this is a MUST) 3) get back on my bike
