I love seeing really big people ride. It's a reminder this sport belongs to all of us, not just the 4% body fat types. And it shows that people shouldn't use their size as an excuse to not get healthier. Swim, bike, walk, strength training - absent your doctor telling you NOT to do these things, there's no reason not to invest time in ourselves.
Love God. Love your neighbor. Change the world. It really is that simple.

One of the good things about cycling is that it takes out the impact that can make some other forms of exercise (eg. running) really hard on the knees for heavier people.
With cycling, you can get a really intense workout that is easy on the body.

Hello everyone! I might be the biggest person here but hopefully not for long! I was a ABA BMX racer as a teen. I got REALLY fat as an adult but I'm kicking that to the curb and working on getting to the point of some serious MTB trail riding!
