Good to have you back. You have the share how you racked up sooooo many miles? Commuting? Just riding? Touring? Please share.
Do not look where you fell, but where you slipped.
Welcome back, VLYONS1!! I'm happy for you (and for me who will get to benefit from your posts and experience!!)
I am 100% lovable just the way I am. At the same time, I deserve to reach my fitness goals. I am worth it.
Welcome to the team and nice mileage total!
I share the challenge of having both a craze for cycling and too much caloric intake or - as I like to put it -"fork to mouth" disease!
Wow! You have covered some serious territory! Way to go!
Yep, there is something about the ravenous appetite a lot of cycling generates...a real challenge to manage!

Welcome to the Cycling team ... I'm pretty new here myself...here just the past few months ... but the info and camaraderie here is kinda cool.
And ...6000 miles...that's in 2 years? That is impressive to me!

I'd be a much faster rider if I wasn't carrying an extra forty pounds of fuel. Switching to multi-sport, I've come to realize how easy it is to be a fat cyclist.

Getting back to Sparkpeople for the first time in two years. I have been cycling over the past year about 6000 miles and burn up lots of calories but always manage to replace them. I am trying to manage my intake a bit better. I relate well to others who ride and have enjoyed your posts.
