A challenge to consider is to not look at your efforts as a "diet" as that implies temporary changes. You'll just roll that rock up the hill only finding yourself having to do it again another time. I'm a 29 year old girl from Vancouver BC and I used this site once before to lose almost 20 lbs, but then of course bad habits came back and now I'm back to where I started.
Running used to be my mainstay but its so boring that I can't fathom pushing myself to do it some days. So I recently bought a bike that fits me well and is in top working shape. So now, I want to use my bike as my main cardio and bike at least 5 x a week in addition to watching my weight.
It is discouraging to be still working to start a diet again, as I've been trying to get back on board for awhile, but here I am!
