I just joined Sparkpeople because I have a few lbs to lose before a vacation in sept. I used to be a runner, but have since stopped and put on weight. Im going to utilize Sparkpeople to hold myself accountable for my nutrition and workouts.
I just graduated from my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, and have started teaching at a local studio. I teach mostly Vinyasa. I also just bought a bike, after over ten years not having ridden. I hope to practice Yoga and Meditation every day of the week and to cycle/bike at least three a week, and to do a long distance bike/road race in the late Summer or early Fall.
