Hi and welcome to the team! I love touring! I just returned from a 10 day trip biking across Spain and had a wonderful time. We do at least one 2 week tour a year and love the mix of riding for fitness and fun plus seeing the countryside.

Welcome. DH as talked about doing some touring, and we may yet. Right now family commitments keep us from being gone long, but it does sound like great fun. We see more and more bikes with panniers as we do our regular rides.
One Day at a Time: 1) 10,000 steps daily 2) fruit & vegie at every meal and log 3) aerobic or strength train every day 4) 7 hours sleep daily 5) check in with SP daily
Sept 2014 goals: 1) continue re-organizing/de-cluttering one room weekly 2) get back on my nutrition program (this is a MUST) 3) get back on my bike
Just wanted to introduce myself to the team. I am 35 and both my husband and I just both bought new bikes with touring in mind. We have previously found that cycling is an awesome way to burn calories and drop weight while getting in shape and having fun together.
