Hi Stephanie! I hear you about the extra pounds. I've been dragging around 40 extra and then whoops. Added another 20. As soon as I stop riding in the winter, it just shows up. Coupled with some medication I had to take. Well, hopefully it's gone before I have to shed the jacket and leggings eh?
I'm not good at road, I do mtn and cross. I never pay attention in a pack so I would probably cause an accident lol. But I do ride on the road. Not very fast :) haha
Hi! My name is Stephanie. I've returned to SP after several months leave as my weight was starting to creep up and I needed some accountability. I've been a cyclist for 15 years and have been racing at the local amateur level since 2007. I train with a coach year round and race track, road (criterium, road and time trials). I recently started doing some running too. In the last 7 days that I've been watching what I eat and tracking calories in/calories out, I've felt sooo much better, with more energy for my workouts and better sleep.
