I joined SP 1 1/2 years ago to lose 30 pounds. More or less did that a year ago. Decided this year to get into the best shape I could. I started 30 Day Shred in the winter, and moved to running this spring. Completed C25K program, and love running, but find it hard on my body. I had been thinking about getting back to cycling (was once a bike nut) and a nagging calf injury got me to the bike store Friday "to check things out". Well, I got a new Trek hybid bike and I love it. Logged about 5 miles Friday as a start, and today went on my first good ride. Rode about 14 miles on a country road that follows a river. I am hooked on cycling again. I am looking forward to getting to know you all on my new team. Stephanie
