Hi, Tiffani. Great to have you with us.

I think everyone’s suffered with the inclement weather we've experienced nationally. Here (in TN\GA), it's been cold (for us, anyway) and, although I can't speak for others, I know I was out of the saddle for just over 2 months and noticed a 50% reduction in the overall distance I could ride and my performance has diminished notably. I can't wait for more fair weather (like we had this past weekend) so I can get out and get my miles and speed back up.

Sounds like you're experiencing the same thing. 10 miles a day is not anything to balk at. That's actually quite the impressive milestone to be proud of. So give yourself kudos for not only taking the initiative but actually sticking with it and embracing a change for the better. You’re making great progress!

Welcome to the team. DH has drug me kicking and screaming into cycling, but now I'm hooked. Strange how that happens isn't it.

1) Track all foods and stay in nutrition range
2) Exercise 30 minutes daily and track
3) Work in sewing room daily
4) Declutter one closet/cabinet or repair something around the house
5) Call or e-mail one out of town family member daily

Just before new years I decided that I was sitting too much and not getting healthy. So I got off my toosh and walked for 30 minutes. Then 2 weeks into January I decided to try riding my bike. I lasted about 30 minutes before I felt like I was dying lol. Now 7 weeks later I am riding about 10 miles everyday, sometimes more getting myself into shape. I love bike riding, I used to do it all the time until I was 18 and moved out of my parents house. So I thought I would join you guys and hopefully meet some pretty cool people who like to ride as well!!
