Welcome to the Cycling team!

I haven't named my bike yet either. I guess it could be called FREEDOM. Because when I get out on it nothing else seems to matter.

Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.

Welcome to the team. I must say, cycling is a great way to get back in shape. Be sure to stay hydrated in the heat. How did you come to name your bike Charlie? Our tandem is named Tink because of a little noise she makes every now and again.

One Day at a Time:
1) 10,000 steps daily
2) fruit & vegie at every meal and log
3) aerobic or strength train every day
4) 7 hours sleep daily
5) check in with SP daily

My resolutions for Nov are
1) track nutrition daily
2) 30 min of exercise daily
3) finish cleaning sewing room

Hi everyone :)

I am new to SP. I am looking to lower my body fat percentage from 21.8% to about 18%. I am trying to get myself back into shape (had several injuries) for the fall tri season.

I fell in love with cycling a few months ago! I have a 2.3 Trek WSD road bike named Charlie. Hope to learn from all y'all :]
