I'm so glad I'm not the only klutz :D
I was at my first visit to a new doctor this morning, and she was getting my medical history. I say that I've broken three bones in my hands and feet. She nods and says, "ah, active child?" Me: "Uhhmmm...no, two of them were last year. I was just walking, but there was a table in the way..."
Welcome to the team EV. Grace isn't my middle name either, that is why we ride the tandem. I just sit and peddle.
One Day at a Time:
1) 10,000 steps daily
2) fruit & vegie at every meal
3) aerobic or strength train every day
4) 7 hours sleep daily
5) check in with SP daily
June 2014 goals:
1) lose 4 pounds
2) finish walk way
3) finish blocks for Forest Service quilt
4) scan old photos
It's never too late to be what you might have been.
*waves* glad you found the team. And if you made it into work without falling on your first day of commuting, you are already ahead of me!
to the Team!
Welcome....enjoy your new bike! and it is definitely an addictive hobby!
Hi everyone! I'm EV, and I'm from Seattle.
I just bought my first bike since the age of 13 a few weeks ago because I wanted to start riding to work. I'm not the most (ahem) graceful person on the road, but I'm definitely getting better and it's quickly become an addiction. I'm looking forward to doing more riding now that the weather here is finally turning around.
Anyway, nice to meet all of you!
