Welcome Andrew! Congrats on your loss so far. I can't think of anything more fun than cycling to get the weight off. I've had success as well, but hibernating over the winter added a few pounds. And yes, it definitely makes a difference!

Hello Andrew and welcome. Greetings from Ireland. Unfortunately unlike the rest of you I'm only starting (AGAIN) and have a long way to go but I'll get there. Even when I was cycling a lot more two years ago, I still ate too much and always got dropped on the hills, inclines and speed bumps, anything that had a rise in it to be honest...lol. However this year I'll be posting results like the rest of you. Well done to you all and once again Andrew ...welcome

Welcome to the team Andrew. It is amazing, you bike to burn calories, the more you lose, the better you bike. Great how that works out isn't it. When DH started riding he was 250, he is now 185 and has 5 more to lose to reach his goal. He got me started when he figured out how much fun it was and what great people he met at rides. I'm down 34 and have another 20 to go. Keep up the good work.
