I imagine it is pretty cold for biking in BC about now, but hope you enjoy this team. I have gotten lots of useful information and support to improve my riding here. Just ask--people on this team are quick to help.

Welcome to the team Wendy. This is a good group to hang out with. DH and I try to find a weekend ride every weekend we are off during the summer. We meet the nicest people and have great fun. If there isn't one close enough, we just do our own.
One Day at a Time: 1) 10,000 steps daily 2) fruit & vegie at every meal and log 3) aerobic or strength train every day 4) 7 hours sleep daily 5) check in with SP daily
For October goals are:
1) ride at least twice a week, and use my trainer twice a week 2) get fully back on my nutrition and record daily 3) finish 2 quilts _______

Hi there my name is Wendy/Goldenpearle. I am new to your group; I live in Canada-British Columbia.
I have always enjoyed cycling so that is why I decided to join this team. I am just getting back into all my fitness stuff, walking, kettlebells, and yoga etc. Gained some weight but I have lost some and am dedicated to the process.
My main reason for joining this team because I want to cycle more and talk to like minded people who are into the same thing.
