You're awesome. Very cool to keep adding distance, but don't get discouraged if you don't one week here and there. It comes with time. I went from puking after one mile, to being in the saddle comfortably for 5+ hrs. Bit by bit, mile by mile. Keep it fun! That's the most important thing in my eyes.

I have kids in my church group (high scholl age) that find it amazing that I can ride for 30-40 miles non-stop and on the bike for 2+ hours. I said it is no different than them running 3-10 miles you build up to it.
Now I find it nothing to go 30-40 miles in fact I'm surprised the ride is done.
Do not try and think outside the box. Instead, only try to realize the truth. There is no box. *** Good judgement comes from experience. Experience usually comes from bad judgement. *** Live each day as if it's your last, because one day you'll be right. *** Stop whining and DO something! *** I have no shift key and I must scream.
Hi all, I'm a new member.....the week before last I was managing to ride 4kms twice each day with my husband. Last week we upped it to 6kms twice each day. This week we have managed to up it to 8kms twice a day....so far, so good. Boy!! tired legs at the end of it. But, stretching helps big time. We are going to try to up it each week by another 2kms each trip.
