Just found this team and it looks about right for me - I joined SP on New Years Day and am thoroughly enjoying it so far. About 3 months ago I decided to join the local cycling club - the Evesham Wheelers www.eveshamwheelers.org.uk/
starting with the club runs every Sunday - 40-50 miles in the undulating countryside around Evesham. I have also been out several times with the 'Antiques Roadshow' a group of senior cyclists who ride a t a (slightly) gentler pace on Wednesday mornings. Last night was the first proper training session, riding laps of a local trading estate - great fun to be riding with some of the youngsters, and keeping up (mostly). Totally knackered when I got home though! The good thing about cycling is that it does winders for your cardio minutes on SP, and also seems to be helping with my weight loss. I would be pleased to contact any cyclists - particularly in the UK, as I think the 'team' part of SP is very effective in helping each other.
