We have a Wii but I didn't know they were coming out with a Wii Fit game. Hopefully, it will come out soon. I would definately like to find out more about it.

came across this guy who ran a little test:

- Tennis: Coming in a close second, Wii Tennis was the runner up in calorie burning activities for Wii Sports. I burned an average of 92 calories during a 15 minute period. Like most of my game playing during the experiment I played each game fairly aggressively and would perform full swings, move left and right, and not take any breaks.
- Bowling: One of my favorite Wii Sports games also clocked in at the lowest of the three games I tested for calorie burn. I burned an average of 77 calories during a 15 minute period. Again, I played aggressively, taken steps toward the lane and bowling with a full swing of the arm. No breaks were taken and I played the game fairly quickly.
- Boxing: The clear winner here. I burned and average of 125 calories during a 15 minute period. I would like to point out that I would punch with full power, move as if I were really dodging, and hoped/bounced around like a real boxer would.

Hi Everyone

Since we have to wait for the Wii Fit I came across
this article about how many calories we can burn with the Wii, the link is at the bottom of the page.

If you prefer here a resumé of Wii Sport, in order of most calorites burned;
# 1) Boxing, 121 calories in 15 minutes.
# 2) Tennis, 110 calories in 25 minutes.
# 3) Bowling, 104 calories in 30 minutes.
# 4) Baseball, 102 calories in 35 minutes.
# 5) Golf, 99 calories in 45 minutes.

Though I'd share this with you.

Have fun!

hey everyone. Just found out that Wii Fit has gone from Jan 08 to 1stQR 08 here in the states. I guess that means I have to hold out a bit longer.

Until that time I'm going to grab Wii Sports and DDR and start the ball rolling!

Good luck everyone on reaching our 2008 goals - no matter what they are!

I choose, I commit, I pursue, I adhere, I attain. And that, is an absolute.
