Hi I just started the process to get surgery for Weight Loss. Not totally sold out yet but very much considering having this drastic weight loss procedure done to me. I have had it with living like a yoyo dieter. I am 59 years old and have allot of weight related issues/illnesses. I am a Type II Diabetic on Insulin, Sleep Anea, HBP, High Cholesterol, Knee (had 1 TKR), Back & Hip Problems that affect my mobility & sleep which all of these issues make me tired of living because it affect my quality of life. So really which is worse? Living life as it is now or after WLS? I just thought I'd join for help in making up my mind as I learn more from all who live this way. I am sure I will impressed with all your sories, successes and failures on this entirely different kind of Weight loss journey. Thank You Laura
